Professional Terms of Service

Murray Marketing Services provides a range of professional services encompassing web design, SEO marketing, graphic design, social media marketing, Google advertising, video production, and other related offerings (collectively referred to as the "Services"). These Services may be recurring or non-recurring in nature. For recurring Services, automatic renewal will occur at the end of the original billing term, maintaining the same price and duration. Any products or services bundled with the Service as part of a promotional offer will also renew automatically at the end of the promotional period, at the then-current full retail price, unless you inform Murray Marketing Services of your decision to discontinue the promotional service at least 30 calendar days prior to the renewal.

Cancellations of recurring Services can be made by notifying Murray Marketing Services via email at info@murraymarketingservices.com, a minimum of 30 calendar days before the current Service term ends. The terms of cancelation may vary from agreement to agreement. Please refer to your signed contract for official details of your particular service. If not canceled, the Service will automatically renew for an additional term.

Customer’s Obligations

By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and concise information, objectives, and requirements necessary for the successful execution of the Service.
• You commit to being available for effective communication with our team members to coordinate and facilitate the Service.
• Delays in communication on your part may have adverse effects on project timelines and overall Service effectiveness.
• You are responsible for timely review and approval of work essential to the Service. Failure to do so will constitute a waiver of your right to object to the final product.
• You recognize that the Service's success is contingent upon accurate and comprehensive information provided by you.

Cancellations

Certain Services are presented as "bundles". If the original Service plan is canceled, any bundled services associated with it will also be terminated. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be prorated and adjusted based on the utilization of bundled services, if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for work that has already been executed as part of the Services. Some of our Services may necessitate a minimum term and/or payment to initiate the process. In such cases, our team expends effort and incurs costs to initiate the process, rendering the initial term and payment non-refundable. Depending on our internal review and discretion, refunds may be granted on a prorated basis for work that has not yet commenced.

Miscellaneous Terms

• You will retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights for any work or deliverables produced and compensated for.
• Murray Marketing Services reserves the right to utilize work products and deliverables for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Murray Marketing Services does not guarantee specific results for any of the Services. We disclaim responsibility for any outcomes, results, damages, or injuries directly or indirectly stemming from the Services. You acknowledge that our Terms of Service, encompassing disclaimers and liability provisions, are fully applicable to all Services.
