Service of Process: Subpoenas, Warrants, Court Orders

Updated as of August 20, 2023

Any data requests or orders must adhere to federal guidelines and be personally served according to the stipulated legal procedures. Murray Marketing Services will not entertain or process any subpoenas, warrants, or court orders unless they have been duly and personally served upon us by a valid process server.

Preservation Requests

Murray Marketing Services acknowledges preservation requests from law enforcement agencies pertaining to official criminal investigations. In accordance with 18 USC § 2703(f), we will retain the requested account records for a period of 90 days, pending our receipt of formal legal process. Additionally, we are open to considering a single 90-day extension if such a request is received within the initial 90-day period.

It is important to note that preserved data will be expunged immediately at the conclusion of the current 90-day term if we do not receive an extension request or are not served with a production order. It is pertinent to understand that the statute does not provide for further extensions, thus the maximum duration for which data will be preserved is 180 days.

Preservation requests can be served on our Registered Agent (address provided above), sent via email to info@murraymarketingservices.com or physically mailed to:
