Murray Marketing Services is committed to ensuring reliable hosting services. We will exert commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of our hosting services during each billing cycle. Murray Marketing Services at times may be unable to maintain this due to uncontrollable circumstances. For example, the failure of a third-party software, company, service, person, etc.

Furthermore, monthly maintenance time may be offered by Murray Marketing Services, depending on your service agreement and level of support. Please note that all service time expires at the end of each billing period, and support time does not roll over to the next period. If you'd like to purchase additional support time, you may do so by contacting Murray Marketing Services.
